Rebecca (Becca) Halligan is the Director of OSLEL at Virginia Commonwealth University.  She is dedicated to supporting OSLEL's mission in creating innovative and transformative student experiences at VCU.  She is passionate about creating space and time for students to feel challenged, accepted, and cared for in all the programs within OSLEL. 

Becca is originally from Vermont and received her undergraduate degree from Chatham College in Pittsburgh, PA.  Her masters in Higher Education-Student Affairs Administration is from University of Massachusetts-Amherst.  She is an ISFJ and her strengths are empathy, positivity, developer, consistency, and harmony.

A. D. Gabriel Driver (affectionately known as Gabe) is the inaugural Coordinator for the Emerging Leaders Program at Virginia Commonwealth University. He’s excited about integrating the full person into the idea and operation of responsible leadership. Gabe earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a master’s degree in Education from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.

Kelsey is the Assistant Director for Civic and Community Engagement. She is passionate about giving students the tools to author their own versions of success. She emphasizes providing educational opportunities for students to grow within their time at VCU.

Kelsey is originally from Mendon, NY and has her BA in History and Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She also has her MS in Higher Education Administration from Nazareth University. She has aspirations to become the first Doctor in her family by obtaining her PhD in the future.

Marci is the Assistant Director of Student Leadership working to provide leadership education to all members of the VCU community. Marci is all about building strong connections on campus and helping students unlock their leadership potential, turning their skills into real-life wins.

A Richmond native and first generation college student, Marci earned her BA in Communication Studies from Longwood University and received her MA in Student Affairs Administration from Appalachian State University.

Matt is the Coordinator for VCU Transform; a dynamic living-learning program centered on leadership, service, and community. He is dedicated to empowering students to become transformative and inclusive leaders within the VCU community.

A native of Chesterfield, VA, Matt earned his Bachelor's in Communications from James Madison University and his Master's in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Texas State University. His top 5 CliftonStrengths are Positivity, Strategic, Maximizer, Woo, and Communication.
